Entry 02 · Leasing

Turning space
into rent.

Leasing as a discipline: acquisition, negotiation and contract closure in our centers and retail parks. You build market access, talk to chains and concepts and lead tenants to signing.

What to expect

You work in a strong leasing team that moves retail space nationwide — from pop-up concepts through fashion chains to 5,000 m² anchor solutions. We see leasing not as a brokerage function, but as active asset management.

  • Active tenant acquisition — research, initial outreach, pitch meetings
  • Building and maintaining a solid network of chain stores, expansion managers and concepts
  • Preparation and negotiation of leases, side letters and amendments
  • Market analyses and rent benchmarks for the spaces to be let
  • Contribute to leasing concepts and tenant-mix strategies for our mandates
  • Close cooperation with center management and property management

What you bring

  • Completed degree or vocational training with a real estate or retail background — e.g. business administration, real estate management, certified real estate professional
  • Enthusiasm for retail and a feel for locations, concepts and footfall
  • Strong negotiation skills and enjoyment of approaching decision-makers directly
  • Structured, self-driven way of working
  • Willingness to travel within Germany
  • Excellent German and confident MS Office skills

What we offer

  • Diverse projects — from small retail spaces to neighborhood development
  • Direct access to owners and asset managers, short decision paths
  • Fair compensation model with performance-based components
  • High flexibility, bike leasing, free training opportunities
Vermieter im Team CM
My role is extremely varied — small retail spaces, large anchor tenants, new concepts. We draw on all the in-house know-how, find individual solutions and are authentic in conversation.
