Entry 01 · Operations

Run a center.
Take ownership.

From day one in the day-to-day operations of a center. You work with tenants, coordinate service providers, develop marketing campaigns and make sure everything runs — visibly, measurably, with real impact.

What to expect

As a Junior Center Manager, you are the daily face of a center — on site, in direct contact with tenants, owners and service providers. You grow into a classical center management profile and gradually take on more responsibility.

  • Day-to-day support of tenants — your point of contact for all operational topics around the retail space
  • Planning and execution of marketing campaigns: seasonal campaigns, events, center media
  • Steering of external service providers (cleaning, security, technical) and on-site quality control
  • Reporting to owners and asset managers — footfall, sales, occupancy
  • Contribute to leasing topics, tenant changes and space optimization
  • Own projects with real creative scope from the very first quarter

What you bring

  • Completed degree in business administration, real estate management, marketing or a comparable qualification
  • Initial practical experience — e.g. through internships in retail, real estate or event management
  • Hands-on mentality and a desire to work operationally directly on site
  • Confident, communicative manner — you enjoy approaching people
  • Strong organizational skills and a feel for priorities
  • Excellent written and spoken German, solid MS Office skills

What we offer

  • An open, family-style working atmosphere with flat hierarchies
  • Continued education and targeted personal development
  • High flexibility — home office, on the road, in the office or directly on site
  • Bike leasing, company health insurance, subsidized pension scheme
